We currently ship to the United States.
Where orders ship from
Depending on the item, orders ship from our partner warehouses in the USA or China.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

How it arrives
Your sofa arrives vacuum-compressed in one or more boxes. Please unbox it as soon as possible after delivery so the foam expands fully. Full shape is reached within minutes — just unbox, gently fluff, and watch it expand.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 3–5 days to show updates.
Damaged, lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, email softandplushsofa@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
